Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Collections Revenue Team Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and contribute to our company’s success.
As a Collections Revenue Team Lead, your main responsibility will be to oversee the collections department and ensure effective management of accounts receivable. You will lead a team of collection specialists, providing guidance and support to meet collection targets and maximize revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of collection specialists and providing ongoing training and development.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize collections processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing collection trends and communicating findings to senior management.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and escalated collection issues.
- Providing regular reports and updates on collection performance to management.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in collections management. A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
