Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a CLQ Warden. As a CLQ Warden, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and order within our company’s CLQ (Controlled Living Quarters) facilities.
Your main responsibilities will include monitoring the premises, ensuring compliance with CLQ regulations, and carrying out regular inspections. You will also be responsible for addressing any emergencies or security breaches that may arise, as well as resolving any conflicts or disputes among the residents.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of individuals on a daily basis. Ideally, you should have previous experience in a similar position and be familiar with security protocols and procedures.
