Job Description
MyPro PHYSIO is seeking a dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Schedule Management: Overseeing patient appointments and managing the clinic’s calendar.
- Sales & Client Relations: Responding to inquiries and converting them into appointments.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with front desk duties and maintaining patient records.
- Communication: Providing timely responses to emails and phone calls.
- Client Follow-Up: Ensuring clients receive follow-up communication regarding appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, On call
