Responsibilities:

• – Setting sales goals & developing sales strategies
• – Researching prospects and generating leads
• – Contacting potential & existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• – Handling customer questions, inquiries & complaints
• – Preparing & sending quotations and proposals
• – Building & maintaining a CRM database
• – Meeting daily, weekly & monthly with the Management Team
