Job Description
Mediprima Healthcare seeks a Clinic Manager for Poliklinik Mediprima @ Sri Gombak to oversee daily clinic operations, drive sales, patient volume and service profitability, and implement marketing and corporate outreach (health screenings, vaccination programs). You will set monthly targets with management, develop new business partnerships, lead and train staff, manage inventory and reporting, and ensure excellent patient service. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related, interest in healthcare management, strong leadership, communication and sales skills, independence and a customer-oriented mindset. Full-time, permanent role; fresh graduates considered. Salary RM2,500–RM3,500/month plus incentives, medical benefits, annual leave and career growth opportunities.
