Job Description

We are currently hiring Clinic Assistants for our chiropractic establishment located in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam.

Job Scope:

• Greeting and welcoming patients.
• Handling patient inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments and remind patients of appointments.
• Providing assistance to patients such as filling up forms.
• Assisting chiropractors by managing patient flow.
• Performing general admin duties such as filing, printing, and photocopying.
• Maintaining basic hygiene of the clinic.

Requirements:

• Able to read, type, and speak effectively in basic English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Ability to converse in Hokkien and/or Cantonese is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• No specific requirements for minimum education background and experience.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• High energy, dynamic, and self-driven.
• Passionate about customer service and interested in healthcare and wellness.
• Availability to work on weekends according to the chiropractor’s schedule.

Salary:

Salary starting from RM2,300 before EPF and SOCSO.
