Job Description
Description: A Clinic Assistant ensures that patients receive high-quality service by assisting doctors/nurses with patient care, basic diagnostic tests, and record-keeping at healthcare facilities.
Job Duties:
- Assisting patients with registration and providing updates on waiting time and consultation rooms.
- Assisting doctors/nurses with examinations and routine procedures.
- Preparing and dispensing medications
- Performing clinical procedures, operating medical equipment, and maintaining professionalism.
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Monitoring inventory and medication supplies.
- Keeping the clinic area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience required.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Good computer and communication skills, customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts and night shifts.

Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
