Job Description

Provide a standard patient and customer care in line with clinic operation guideline & policy. Assisting during doctor’s consultation and procedure. Perform nursing task independently accordingly task orientation check list. Able to conduct a knowledge sharing among the nursing colleague. Dispensing medication as prescribed by the doctor. Administer medications/Injection accordingly when needs arise. Support event/outreach programme when needed. Perform registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room. Answering and handling incoming calls on inquiries accordingly. Monitor supplies of inventories and medications. To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. Keep the clinic area clean and tidy.
