Job Information

Job Description

– Patient registration, prescriptions preparation, dispense medicines

– Coordinate patient care at the clinic.

– Order and keep stock of medication and manage clinic tasks.

– Manage daily clinic operations, filing system, and cleanliness.

– Assist Doctor during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures.

– Administer medication to patients based on a doctor’s prescription.

– Communicate with doctors about patients’ progress and condition throughout treatment.

– Answering phone calls and responding to general inquiries.

– Preparing the examination room and sterilizing equipment.

– Update and document all medical care given to the patients.

– Deal with inquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services.

– Perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions tally with the taking before closing accounts.

– Manage clinic administration work and company online system.

– Monitor and order medicines and products.

– Perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time.
