Job Description

KLINIK DR NAJWA SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:

Patient registration
Medicine dispensary
Attending to patients’ inquiries and answering incoming calls
Managing patients’ appointments & follow-ups
Handling simple account and billing matters
Assisting the doctor in procedures
Caring for clinic administrative tasks
Ensuring clinic hygiene
Stock taking and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications include a minimum SPM, experience in a clinical setting, and strong communication skills. This is a 3-month contract position with a salary of RM1,700.00 per month. Various shifts available.

Expected Start Date: 10/01/2025
