Job Description
Welcoming, assisting, and directing patients visiting the clinic. Responsibilities include registration and processing of patient entry. Assist the Doctor with daily clinic procedures. Perform cashiering, dispensing, stock-tacking, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Handle payments for services and medicine from patients. Coordinate phone calls and emails for appointments and other inquiries. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate party or handle inquiries when possible. Assist patients and customers by providing precise information. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
