Job Description
We are looking to hire candidates for the position of Clinic Assistant to be based in our clinics at the following locations: Bangi, Putrajaya, Shah Alam, Wangsa Maju, and Ipoh.
Job Scope:
- Conduct clear and comprehensive initial consultation with patients prior to treatment, explaining the treatment process (before, during, and after), medication usage, and possible side effects that may occur.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures, treatments, and regulations to provide accurate information to patients.
- Assist doctors in clinical procedures, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and clinic procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management, maintaining patient medical records, and ensuring clinic cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy of information.
- Provide outstanding customer service and effectively handle patient inquiries and concerns.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinic operations.

- Open to candidates without experience
- Prior healthcare experience is an advantage

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
