Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Success – Tenant Relationship specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, specifically focusing on tenant satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with tenants, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their lease term.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding maintenance requests, lease renewals, and rental agreements.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve tenant experience, providing recommendations, and implementing solutions.
- Collecting feedback from tenants and utilizing it to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong customer-centric mindset. Previous experience in client success or tenant relations is preferred but not required.
