Job Description
As a Client Manager, your role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates, resolving any issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the client and our internal teams. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to understand client requirements, and proactive approach will be essential in managing and nurturing our client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients
- Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Addressing client queries and resolving any issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
