Job Description
As a Client Delivery Manager – End User Computing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of end-user services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the relationships with our clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that our team delivers the services that meet their needs.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of end-user computing solutions, such as desktop virtualization, mobility, and collaboration tools. You will monitor the performance of the solutions, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with our technical teams to address any issues that arise.
In addition, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates on the status of projects, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in end-user computing technologies, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A deep understanding of IT service delivery and experience in a client-facing role will be highly advantageous.
