Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
2. To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
3. To liaise with Asst. Supervisor/Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
4. Data entry, monitoring and maintain data into system for the stock movement.
5. To check and receive incoming and outgoing goods for store.
6. Handling of Store/Warehouse activities, inventories and material handling.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with good telephone etiquette.
8. Experience in customer service will be added advantage.
9. Perform order entry and processing in WMS systems.
10. Prepare delivery document in accordance to customers’ requirements.
11. To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
12. To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
13. Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM / Diploma
- At least 1 year working Experience in warehousing and logistics
- Able to speak, read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate
- Willing to work at Section 23, Shah Alam
