Job Description

As a Clerk – Reservations, you will be responsible for managing all incoming reservation requests, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. Your duties include confirming bookings, handling cancellations, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of reservation systems is preferred.
