Job Information

Job Description

• Ensure all documents are updated and filed in the designated file.
• Record and update “Production Output Status” in the injection molding downtime (OEE) “Production and Defect Monitoring Chart” daily.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for machine accessories and consumable items for Production, Maintenance, and Assembly Departments.
• Provide Operational Efficiency Reports per shift, Downtime Analysis, and weekly Machine Breakdown Analysis.
• Prepare attendance cards, New Employee EPF Forms, and record daily attendance, leave, and overtime for Department staff.
• Alert Department Head and Executives of appointment dates or supplier deliveries.
• Ensure blank formats, labels (packing parts), C/sheets IATF 16949/ISO 9001 and related documents for Department use are updated and sufficient.
• Prepare Department meeting minutes and Department Reports for weekly Management meetings.
• Perform typing tasks such as report formatting, letters, and ensure office maintenance is done efficiently and economically.
• Update Supplier lists, service types, and related charges relevant to Department operations.
