Job Description
Job Requirement:
- Responsible for all inspection and supervision of M&E works at site.
- Ensure works carried out by contractors are in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements, and Safety Measures.
- Ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works meet the required standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors & project team at site.
- Attend all inspections and testing conducted by contractors, and clearly record and keep all documents, reports, results, and non-compliance issues to report to superiors and issue Site Memo to contractors.
- Ensure site progress and all M&E works are completed by contractors within the specified deadline.
- Ensure effective coordination of work at the site.
- Liaise with project team members, including contractors, sub-contractors, and authorities, on all site matters and interfacing works.
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates, or equivalent in any Engineering Field.
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Preferably an Executive specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
