Job Information

Job Description

To handle all work related to Account Payable and Account Receivable issue.

• To check and verify all suppliers’ invoices and update in the system accurately, including petty cash.
• To check and verify all customers’ invoices and update in the system accurately.
• To control and maintain proper records of suppliers’ quotations.
• To control and maintain proper records of customer’s rates.
• To liaise with M&R Dept PIC for contact validation of equipment and assets.
• To handle compiling supplier’s Statement of Accounts (SOA) on a monthly basis and ensure all costs are captured.
• To handle compiling all customers’ SOA on a monthly basis and liaise with customers for payment collection.
• To liaise with Finance Account Payable Team for any outstanding payment upon request for suppliers.
• To be responsible for tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
