Job Description
The Clerk-Accounting position is a vital role within our organization, responsible for handling various financial tasks and maintaining accurate records. As a Clerk-Accounting, you will be responsible for tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, and assisting with financial transactions.
Your primary duties will include reconciling bank statements, tracking expenses and income, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing financial documentation, such as receipts and invoices.
To excel in this position, strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. You should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be proficient in using accounting software. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial in this role, as you will often be working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and processing financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses and income
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Maintain and organize financial documentation
