Job Description
Carry out administrative and daily operational tasks to assist in the smooth running of the PUSPAKOM Batu Caves branch.
Job Scope:
- Receive and process vehicle inspection payments.
- Record vehicle details in the system prior to inspection.
- Hand over inspection reports to customers at the delivery counter.
- Manage and record daily collections.
- Organize, arrange, and update files according to 5S standards.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of the CAVIS system according to schedule.
- Ensure CAVIS system is opened and closed before and after operations.
- Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Diploma or SPM from a recognized institution; or
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in administration and operations.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Disciplined, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy.
