Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide optimum customer service to maintain and enhance existing Body & Paint services.
- Provide prompt inquiries involving motor claim procedures, repair costs, factory warranty, etc.
- Appraise vehicle damage and issue accurate repair estimation for both Insurance and cash paying customers.
- Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
- Conduct service delivery to the customer by clear job explanation and associated charges and perform post-repair follow-up.
- Conduct negotiations with insurance companies and send invoices to them.
- Handle supplementary claims when needed.
- Communicate efficiently with the job controller on parts availability and repair lead time to advise customers on the promised delivery date.
- Advise customers on jobs done, charges, and collection times.
- Upsell relevant car accessories products to customers.
- Achieve budgeted B&P Sales, Intake targets, and Customer Satisfaction level.
- Participate in other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / SKM II / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or any related field of study.
- Candidate must have related experience in the automotive industry.
- Relevant experience in Motor Claims.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages required: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speakers are an advantage).
- Possess a valid class D / B2 driving license.
- Portray patience, empathy, and have an organized approach to problem-solving.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to learn.
- Willing to relocate / work at Beranang.
