Job Description
The Childcare Supervisor position is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing our childcare facility. As a Childcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the children in our care. Key responsibilities include:
– Supervising and leading a team of childcare providers to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to the children.
– Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote the physical, social, and emotional development of the children.
– Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
– Building positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns, and providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
– Conducting regular staff evaluations and providing ongoing training and support.
– Keeping accurate records of attendance, incidents, and any other relevant information.
