Responsibilities:

• Manages finances and tracking cashflow of the company.
• Responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of a company.
• Analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions plans where necessary.
• Ensures stability and establishes discipline.
• Reports financials to the board and shareholders.
• Sets financial benchmarks.
• Optimizes existing markets for company and future for IB Bag markets.
• Focuses on client retention.
• Manages risk and provide solutions.
• Tracks the performance of the Staff and Company financials.
• Manages investment portfolios with their surplus cashflows.
• Monitors product profitability.
