Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, direction, and management of the Finance division
  • Providing strategic recommendations and advice to the Managing Director and members of the management team
  • Responsible for overseeing all matters related to financial reporting, forecasting, budgetary, tax, and funding
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning of the Group
  • Establishing and developing relations with the Board, senior management, and external partners and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Professional Cert or equivalent. MIA member will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior capacity in the finance division of public listed companies within the property development industry. Candidates with corporate finance and/or investor relations exposure will have an added advantage
  • Possess good integrity, attitude, and aptitude with a strong network of bankers and investors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM20,00.00 – RM30,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

  • Finance Division: 10 years (Required)
