Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach cooking methods to production staff.
- Cost reduction for raw and packaging materials.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOP) for cooking methods.
- Update the latest prices in the system for any price increase or decrease.
- Update the latest recipe directions before the launching date.
- Perform any other tasks given by the superior from time to time that align with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Work with assistant chefs on menu development.
- Support procurement in finding new suppliers and ingredients.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma in Culinary or related field.
- 5 years of experience in culinary/food production center.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
