Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at our Japanese Cafe. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Japanese cuisine.

Your main duties will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes, such as sushi, sashimi, ramen, and tempura.
• Ensuring the quality and presentation of food meets the highest standards.
• Managing inventory and cost control.
• Training and supervising kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a Japanese culinary setting.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
