Job Description

Job Responsibility:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Assisting the Head Chef in menu creation and dish development.
- Ensuring food quality meets kitchen standards.
- Managing and training kitchen staff.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 09/23/2024
