Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate various pastries and desserts according to the established recipes and standards.
- Oversee the pastry section, ensuring all food items are delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist in inventory management, placing orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team members to create new menu items and improve existing ones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie – Pastry.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
