Job Description
Our renowned restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting gourmet dishes in your designated station. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure timely and top-notch food preparation.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Ensure efficient stock control and minimize food wastage
- Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar high-quality establishment and possess a thorough understanding of kitchen operations. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
