Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malay to join our team as Chat Support. As a Chat Support agent, you will be responsible for assisting our customers through online chat platforms.
Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. You will need to communicate effectively in all three languages, written and spoken.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malay
