Position: Chat Support Agent – Bahasa Malay
Location: Selangor Cyberjaya
Shift: 8AM-5PM, 3PM-12AM
Work Set-up: On-site
Experience: Fresh/Experienced
Customer Service Experience (Calls, emails, and chat)
Languages: English, Bahasa Malay
Education: SPM or above
HC 84
Salary: RM 2025 basic + RM 300 – RM 500 KPI allowance
