Job Description
1. To perform rectification and troubleshooting on electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and PLC.
2. To perform maintenance and repair on electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and PLC.
3. To perform installation and wiring on electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and PLC.
4. To perform preventive maintenance program on the electrical side.
5. To assist in machine installation and upgrading projects.
6. To monitor closely the plant utilities and facilities system.
7. To monitor closely the electrical supply board and generator unit.
8. To involve in ISO 9001, Safety and Health.
9. To ensure good housekeeping at the electrical side area.
10. To liaise with external electrical vendors, suppliers, or government-related departments.
11. To supervise, lead, and guide technicians.
12. To purchase order and control electrical spare parts.
13. To ensure all documents involved in daily checking, safety procedures, and housekeeping procedures are being recorded and filed properly.
14. Able to do analysis and energy-saving proposals to the management.
15. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the superior and management.
