Job Description
As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Your main responsibility will be to handle cash and electronic payments from customers while maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.
You will be responsible for operating cash registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment to process transactions and issue receipts. Additionally, you will need to count and verify the contents of cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring that there are no discrepancies.
Being detail-oriented is essential in this role as you will need to provide accurate change to customers, answer inquiries, and assist with any customer-related issues. Strong communication skills are a must to create a positive and seamless checkout experience for customers.
