Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handles daily operation and other duties including opening and closing of retail outlet, cash handling, restocking, administration, and stock receipt report.
- Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge assistance, and recommend initiatives to build a loyal customer base.
- Ensure daily retail operations are running smoothly.
- Ensure the retail outlet consistently maintains the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
- Ensure customers’ complaints are handled according to Company standards.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least secondary school/SPM/”O” level or any field.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, articulate, enthusiastic, and pleasant personality, committed in providing excellent customer service.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Sales – Retail/General.
- Must be willing to work in Jalan 51A/225, Petaling Jaya or Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
- Must be able to work Monday – Saturday.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
