Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
- Handle cash, credit, QR-pay, or online transactions with customers
- Ensure invoice pricing is correct
- Issue change, receipts, or gate pass
- Cash desk invoice in SAP
- Redeem Free Service Coupon, E-Service Voucher, & Sales Campaign Voucher
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Sell, receive payment & provide customers with information
- Bag items carefully
- Maintain clean checkout areas
- Keep reports of transactions
- Answer customers’ questions and escalate issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- SPM holder (minimum B in BM, English, Math). Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Good personality & excellent communication skills
- High level of discipline, work ethics, and integrity
- Strong in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Multi-tasking, cheerful, energetic, creative, and self-motivated
- Team player, able to work independently
- Immediate availability
