Job Description
- Carry out tasks as instructed by supervisor
- Have experience as a Building Caretaker, able to perform minor repairs such as changing lights, door knobs, etc.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Assist in operating and maintaining basic machines and equipment under supervision
- Assist in general maintenance duties
- Monitor and patrol the premises
- Verify the eligibility of individuals & vehicles entering the premises
- Provide assistance to visitors and staff regarding safety matters
