Job Description

1. This duty and responsibility also include:

• Reporting for duty on time and in the provided uniform.
• Reviewing daily schedules and working at assigned car park levels as designated by the supervisor.

2. Conducting patrols around the assigned car park area.

• Assisting customers facing issues within the car park area.
• Providing directions to customers, such as entrance/exit locations, elevator, and escalator directions.
• Assisting customers who have misplaced their car park guidance.
• Preventing vehicles from parking in restricted areas, such as elevator and escalator entrances, designated parking spots for disabled individuals, and reporting to the supervisor.
