Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic / Foreman to join our team. As a Car Mechanic / Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all automotive repair and maintenance tasks in our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing complex automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Supervising and guiding junior mechanics.
- Ensuring all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying issues or potential problems.
- Providing recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary parts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workshop.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Car Mechanic / Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide guidance to junior mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
