Job Description

Tenure: 6 months contract
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Location: Damansara Heights
Salary: RM 3,00
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and offer suitable products/solutions.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Send out email communications to customers after each successful sign-up or as required.
- Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database.
- Perform data entry and build customers database.
- Strive to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Make sales or recommendations for products or services that better suit client needs.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum Degree holder.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Ability to converse in Chinese or Tamil is an advantage.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel) and strong typing skills.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
