Job Description
Position: Call Centre Representative (Customer Service)
Company: EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd
Tenure: 6 months contract (Renewable Basis)
Working Hour: 8 AM – 5 PM
Working Location: Damansara Heights
Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 3,300 per month
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers.
- Identify customers’ needs and offer suitable product/service solutions.
- Follow communication scripts and record conversations accurately.
- Send email communications to customers and build database.
- Strive to meet call centre metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Make sales or product recommendations.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum Degree holder
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Chinese or Tamil proficiency is a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 6 months
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
