Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Sales Officer. As a Call Center Sales Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Your main tasks will include making outbound calls to promote our products or services, answering inbound calls to provide information and resolve queries, and updating customer accounts with relevant information. Ultimately, your goal will be to contribute to the overall sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service would be advantageous, but not required.
