Job Description
Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce Maxis products and services.
Actively promote Maxis offerings, explaining product features and benefits to customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales made.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated with Maxis product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
