Job Description
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce Maxis products and services.
- Actively promote Maxis offerings, explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales made.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with Maxis product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
