Call Center Agent at Kit Loong Commercial Tyre Sdn Bhd
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure customers’ requests, inquiries, and complaints are attended to promptly with excellent customer service.
- Handle customer calls, complaints, and inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Work in a team environment, support multitasking, and have flexible working hours.
- Assist in Customer Request Management and administration work.
- Support customer inquiries and feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / SPM in related discipline / Fresh graduate
- Experience in Customer Service / Call Center
- Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
