Responsibilities:

1. To ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with company SOP.
2. To attend and serve walk-in and dine-in customers with their requests.
3. To ensure a conducive, safe, and comfortable ambiance for staff and customers.
4. To be familiar with the F&B menu and be able to provide good explanations and recommendations to customers.
5. To cross-sell and promote outlet’s products and new promotions.
6. To perform stock take and spring cleaning as assigned by the outlet Manager.
7. To handle customer complaints effectively and come up with appropriate solutions.
8. To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors or Management from time to time.
