Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to oversee and manage customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction while handling complaints effectively. The ideal candidate will train and develop staff to provide excellent service, build strong customer relationships, and comply with sanitation and safety regulations. Additionally, the manager will create detailed financial reports and suggest improvements to enhance the restaurant’s image.
Requirements: Diploma/SPM with 2-3 years of restaurant management experience. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. This is a full-time position with a salary range of RM3,500 – RM4,00 plus commission. Work hours are from 10 am to 8 pm, with Fridays off.
