Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food/beverages with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, returning trays, and sanitizing utensils.
- Handle guests’ concerns professionally and resolve issues per cafe policy.
- Adhere to a corporate dress code and maintain a neat appearance.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in BM and English.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
