Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Transport clients and/or management to and from destinations
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
- Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
- Interact with clients professionally at all times
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
We are looking for
- Driving proficiency and possession of a valid driver’s license
- Clear and effective communication in basic English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to keep accurate data
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Competence in using basic computer applications for communication and record-keeping purposes
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
